BBQ Jackfruit Pizza

1: Rice the cauliflower then steam on stovetop for 10 mins or in microwave for 2-3 mins until soft.

2: Once cooled, use nut milk bag or cheese cloth to squeeze out the liquid.

3: In a bowl, add drained cauliflower along with the flour, nutritional yeast, seasonings, and flax egg with water, stir to combine.

4: Line the baking dish with parchment paper lightly coated with oil and mold the dough to the pan.

5: Bake at 450°F for 10 mins (partially cooked), remove from oven, put on toppings.

6: Place back in the oven for an additional 10-15 mins until cooked fully.

7: Serve and enjoy.
